- For 5 years prior to my full time arrival the company had a stagnate growth rate. Since arrival billable visits increased 43% from 800,000 to 1.4 million. Exclusive Recruitment of physicians for local 42 member ED Group. Developed program of recruitment for client facilities numbering 38 nationwide. Implemented company’s first physician tracking system.
